    Do you know if this has been perc tested and what size of house could fit on this? We are looking to build within 5 yrs when we retire. Not looking to build a mansion by any means but a 2-3 bedroom place with a decent garage. Not sure if this is a place to put in a walkout or not (not a deal breaker if not.)
